That “difference” is shaped by you as based on your ideals, goals and energy needs. Making a positive difference in your purchase of a photovoltaic system is our goal. You will be treated as a valued friend with the utmost integrity, patience and professionalism.

AweSun also believes in making a difference through charitable contributions, using our success and technical abilities in solar energy to benefit others – both here in Colorado, and in depressed regions of the world. To achieve these goals, we are committed to reserving 10% of our profits annually, to provide free solar installations to non-profit organizations, schools and other worthy organizations.

AweSun Renewable Energy, Inc. was founded by Tom Ritz who serves as President and Senior Project Manager. Tom is a Colorado licensed Civil Engineer with over 16 years experience leading multi-disciplined projects that included electrical power systems, monitoring systems, stand-alone solar powered traffic systems, structural design, construction engineering and more. Tom is a proud member of the following organizations:

Our Contributions to a Better World…
AweSun is proud to commit our own resources for teaching, helping and installing renewable solar energy where it can make an important impact in human well being. We practice a more compassionate form of corporate policy where public contributions are a deliberate feature of our business model. This isn’t contrived, or part of a hidden company agenda, it’s how we feel. AweSun is currently reserving 10 percent of our profits each year for contributions to people and organizations in need. Our fundamental objective: To Make a Difference.

We use the reserved funding and our in-house resources to provide no-cost solar systems, but we also evaluate certain opportunities to make cash contributions as well. Non-profit organizations, schools, public buildings, remote medical facilities, areas with depressed living conditions and other organizations or individuals will be considered. Volunteers, program ideas, and outside contributions are always welcome.
